Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks) to build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market positioning.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
