What You Will Do:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to closing.
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback and reporting on recruitment metrics.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to find passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear expectations are set.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
