Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in the San Francisco area.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring process, providing exceptional communication and feedback.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (Part-time experience accepted).
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of technical recruiting methodologies and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
