Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to source high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with leadership to define hiring strategies and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in direct-hire roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
- Knowledge of the Denver, CO tech market is a plus.
