Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA) through various channels.
- Conducting evening-time phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Building a robust talent pipeline for key technical roles in the Austin and Ohio markets.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and technical hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering quality hires in a high-volume environment.
