Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche tech communities) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to meet urgent hiring targets.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (up to 20%).
