The Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and source top-tier talent to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide feedback to ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to secure their acceptance of positions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong research skills and ability to find hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
