Key Responsibilities
- Execute weekend sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for critical technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Screen and interview candidates via phone and video, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
- Manage job postings across multiple job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless onboarding and offer management.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust sourcing techniques to meet weekly hiring goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during weekend shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
