Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from defining job specs to extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, and passive candidate outreach) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and technical evaluations to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey.
- Navigate complex negotiations to secure top talent in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development and engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (JavaScript, Python, Java, .NET, Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
