Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized job postings to maximize candidate visibility and application rates
- Source and engage technical talent across platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Screen resumes and conduct virtual interviews for software engineering and IT positions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to refine sourcing strategies and SEO performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling employer branding content
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate pipelines for direct-hire roles
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven SEO implementation in job postings
- Expert knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) and recruitment platforms (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps) and hiring requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting compelling job descriptions and outreach messages
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting weekly KPIs
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for basic job page optimization and content management systems
- Valid Illinois work authorization and ability to work 20-25 hours weekly during business hours
