Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates in the Kansas City and Virginia markets.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure zero gaps in hiring schedules.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (IT, Engineering, or Data).
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill positions within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing software.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to travel for client meetings (if applicable).
