Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for software engineering, QA, and IT roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and tech stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site team events (optional).
