Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from screening and interviewing to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and tech stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
