Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including Software Engineering, QA, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and social platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a rigorous but efficient process.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, with a focus on engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Availability to work night shifts (specific hours to be discussed during interview).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with technical professionals.
