Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities to identify and screen high-quality candidates for open technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to assess candidate fit.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the hiring pipeline.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skills to advise both candidates and clients.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles and common tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours/week) with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
