Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen, interview, and assess technical candidates to ensure they match client requirements.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation, for direct-hire roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent in software engineering, data science, and IT.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications and success criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing technical professionals in a direct-hire capacity.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
