Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and Boolean search techniques to identify and source top-tier technical talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
- Track key metrics and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a hunger to learn and succeed in a commission-based environment.
