Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search strategies, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct thorough phone/video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent to meet ongoing hiring demands.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinate schedules, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions within a reasonable timeframe.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stack knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet aggressive recruiting metrics.
