- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is required.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing candidate data.
- Passion for connecting with people and understanding technical skills.
