As a Technical Recruiter on our night shift, you will play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional engineering and IT talent with Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate activity and pipeline status accurately.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and maintain a positive employer brand reputation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (DevOps, Frontend, Backend).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently during the night shift.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
