Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews for qualified candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Research and identify potential leads within the competitive Texas tech market.
- Assist in the preparation of candidate offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates for future roles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
