Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical positions using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking events).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences and communicate clear timelines throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and common tech stacks.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for remote work.
