Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates for technical roles using various platforms and social networks.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build a strong pipeline of passive candidates through networking and outreach campaigns.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus drives to expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and ability to identify hard-to-find talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
