Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify top-tier talent.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Drive recruitment metrics and meet aggressive weekly and monthly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site collaboration).
