Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality technical candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting phone screens and coordinating technical interviews for Engineering, IT, and Product roles.
- Managing the full candidate lifecycle from application to offer extension.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update records accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and understand the tech stack.
