Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume technical recruiting strategies to fill open positions quickly.
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating offer letters.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future urgent hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (DevOps, Engineering, QA, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
