Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer extension.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct effective phone screens and technical assessments to assess cultural fit and hard skills.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicants and maintain accurate data.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates and industry thought leaders.
- Market open positions and company culture to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing technical candidates (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA).
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local networking.
