Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science) using various platforms and Boolean search strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate tracking, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent to meet client hiring demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical job roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if on-site work is required).
