The Role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying high-potential candidates to negotiating offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and build a pipeline of qualified talent. Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, industry events) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, create compelling job descriptions, and manage expectations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and advise clients on salary benchmarks.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer process and negotiate terms to ensure a successful placement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a direct hire or executive search environment.
- Skillset: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Network: Strong existing network within the Jacksonville, FL tech community and broader US markets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
