Responsibilities
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from job posting to offer extension.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR (internships considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Enthusiastic approach to learning new technologies and industries.
