Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and administrative positions.
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
