Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Conducting phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills.
- Managing the full recruitment pipeline and maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Negotiating offers and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Building relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, IT, or Data).
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel for team meetings (if applicable).
