Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from identifying candidates to extending offers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline status and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid part-time capacity.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
