As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our engineering and IT workforce. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain the best technical professionals in the industry. Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including software engineering, data science, and IT support.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or HR, preferably within the IT/software industry.
- Proven ability to source and screen technical talent effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work the required Night Shift schedule.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid San Francisco environment.
