- Conduct professional phone screens and technical interviews for night-shift candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Utilize ATS tools to track metrics and optimize hiring funnels.

Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical assessments for night-shift roles.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and role nuances.
- Drive the closing process, including negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience working successfully in a Night Shift environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
