- Execute full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management roles.
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social networking strategies.
- Build and maintain a deep pipeline of qualified talent to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Navigate the offer process, including salary negotiation and background checks.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven success filling hard-to-fill engineering and IT positions.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search syntax.
- Deep understanding of full-stack development, cloud technologies, and data architecture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
