Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
- Conducting thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive talent using various sourcing channels.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience in direct hire placements within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
