Job Summary
We are looking for a self-starter who excels at identifying talent and optimizing our online presence. As a hybrid Technical Recruiter and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for technical roles and ensuring our job postings rank high in search engine results.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open technical positions.
  • SEO Optimization: Write and optimize job descriptions using SEO best practices to improve visibility on job boards and search engines.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate initial phone screens and technical assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Research: Analyze labor market trends in the Detroit and Florida tech sectors to inform sourcing strategies.
