Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, Boolean strings, and social recruiting, to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical and cultural competencies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market positioning.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage applicant tracking using our ATS to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a direct hire capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully placing technical professionals in software and IT roles.
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
