Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, including interviewing, assessing cultural fit, and negotiating offers.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruitment funnels.
- Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing within the Technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles for engineering and software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of technical stacks, including but not limited to Java, Python, React, and AWS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
