Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technology stacks to provide accurate market insights to candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume agency or corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to write effective Boolean search strings and leverage social recruiting platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
