Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for engineering and product roles.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social recruiting to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and build long-term pipelines.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth hiring process.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track metrics and pipeline health.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
