Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the Los Angeles tech market to provide accurate salary benchmarks and market insights to candidates.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical needs and refine job descriptions.
- Candidate Management: Provide exceptional feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and meet strict deadlines.
- Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (or willing to commute to our Downtown office).
- Tools: Comfortable navigating various sourcing tools and databases.
