Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability in the Seattle tech market.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to build a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives and engineering leaders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
