Responsibilities
- Screen Resumes: Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates for direct hire positions.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interview times between candidates and hiring managers using calendar tools.
- Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Job Board Management: Maintain and update job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to attract top talent.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and interview feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Availability: Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend availability if needed.
- Location: Must reside in or near Memphis, TN.
