Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a perfect cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer extension and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective interview strategies.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent environment with a 'start tomorrow' mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
