Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech forums to build diverse pipelines.
- Conduct technical screeners, behavioral interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers, close candidates, and manage the onboarding transition process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key university partners and industry influencers.
- Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong ability to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment during the interview process.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
