- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive technical talent.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand technical requirements and market compensation trends.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging skills and talent pools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, QA).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting strict deadlines.
- Current knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in Florida and Georgia.
