Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our technology clients. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates and closing top talent in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms to actively source qualified technical candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the candidate experience from application to offer.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for open positions in California and North Carolina.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Post job descriptions on various job boards to drive application volume.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., Developers, QA, IT Support).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
