- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.

- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies to improve time-to-fill.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of compensation trends and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering concepts and job requirements.
